Welcome to Honda Roadside Assistance, a 24-hour emergency road service that is available to any of our customers who buy a new 2020 or 2021 Honda vehicle.
This service is available to drivers throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada, and is good throughout your 3-year/36,000-mile warranty term.

- Winching
- Jump start
- Fuel delivery*
- Lockout
- Flat tire
- Mechanical tow
- Accident tow
Limitations do apply. *Two gallons provided, not to exceed twice in a calendar year. Requires VIN at the time of service request.
24-Hour Emergency Towing
If you experience a mechanical disablement that makes your vehicle inoperable, then this service will arrange to transport your car to the nearest Honda dealer. For this to happen, your car must be accessible by our dispatched team, as determined by your area's facility.
It's important to note that you will be required to pay for warranty repairs upfront if they are done by a non-Honda dealership. If this happens, you can submit a claim for warranty reimbursement to your local dealer.
Emergency Lockout Service
Mistakes do happen, and if you lose your keys, or if they break or are locked in your car, then Honda Roadside Assistance will make sure that your vehicle is unlocked.
Trip Interruption
If your trip is interrupted because of mechanical disablement, then Honda is here to help.
Here's what you need to know about this offering:
- You qualify for this benefit if your vehicle breaks down within at least 100 miles from your primary residence
- Fees that are considered for reimbursement must be incurred during the first three days following the incident that made it break down
- The total Trip Interruption cannot exceed $300, which is $100 per day for up to three days
- We cover reasonable expenses for lodging, food, and alternative transportation (ex: a rental car)
- The cost of reuniting you with your vehicle after it's repaired are included in the $300 maximum reimbursement
Rental Vehicles and Alternate Transportation**
If you'd like, Honda Roadside Assistance will try to secure a taxi or rental vehicle for you to help you out in your time of need.
Hotel Reservations**
Honda Roadside Assistance will also help you to find emergency lodging if you are out of town when your car dies, at a hotel that best fits your needs, upon request.
Airline Information
If you are far from home and you need an airplane to get you home, then this service will help you to get flight information, such as fares and flight times, to help get you back, safe and sound.
Message Relay
In an emergency, Honda Roadside Assistance will work to contact anyone who you've determined needs important messages, such as your spouse, or your boss. We just need a telephone number and we'll work to let people know why you're running late.
Enhanced Directory Assistance
This service will also help to locate nearby ATMs or banks and service stations, and provide phone numbers, address information, and even directions to help you get there quickly and easily.
**Any 3rd party costs (ex.: taxi, lodging, flight fares, car rental) associated with the rendering of the Trip Continuation Services shall be borne by the driver requesting the service.
